- Filter Change: New filters installed at no additional cost.
- Surface Cleaning of the Unit: Thorough cleaning of the vacuum blower and combustion cabinet to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Drain & Condensation System Purge: Flushing of the internal drain system + cleansing of the drain trap to keep it free from clogs.
🛠️ So You Know It’s Working as It Should:
- System Health Check: We’ll conduct a static pressure checkup (the “blood pressure” of your HVAC system); measure temperature rises to prevent overheating; monitor electrical consumption to guarantee energy efficiency; and perform a CO and combustion-safety analysis.
- Major Components Check: This comprehensive inspection looks at the gas valve, blower motors, exhaust motor, and computer control boards to ensure safe and proper functioning of every part.
🛡️ So You Know Your Family Is Safe:
- Gas, Flue & Electrical Check: A technician will take the necessary steps to determine that there are no gas leaks around the unit, ensure proper and safe installation of the exhaust piping, and cover all remaining electrical components.
- Heat Exchanger Check: A careful inspection of the heat exchangers, specifically to locate and rectify any micro-cracks or clogging that could otherwise cause future breakdowns.

- Aprilaire Inspection: In which we flush the drains, check the sensor, and inspect the unit for leaks to keep your system in top condition.
