1) Start by getting approved

Financing is provided by our 3rd party financing partner and subject to their terms, conditions and approval.

While we’re in the home:
The easiest way is to have our technician guide you through the process while we’re in the home, as our software is integrated with GreenSky.
Apply after we leave:
If you’d prefer to apply later, a link to the financing application will appear in the digital estimate we send over.

You can also call us directly at 262-367-3808, and we’ll provide you with the application phone number and any additional information you may need.

2) Choose the financing plan that is right for you

During the approval process, you’ll choose the type of financing that fits your needs the best.

Short Term Plans: In general, financing companies offer short term plans with the opportunity to spread payments out over a 6-12 month period of time, often without paying any interest if the amount is paid back during the promotional period.

Each plan offered has its own terms, so read them carefully before choosing. These types of plans are great for folks who are looking for short term financing programs and have the means to pay the balance off in full before the promo period ends.

Longer Term Plans: Financing companies also offer longer term, fixed APR loans to provide folks who are looking for long term payment options.

If you get approved for financing but don’t see a program that fits what you’re looking for, please get a hold of us and we can see if there are other financing programs available that may fit what you are looking for.

Who does Team Austin work with for financing?

We partner with the leading home service financing companies in the industry and prefer to work with GreenSky because of a direct integration they have with our software. However, we are also able to work with Goodleap and Synchrony Bank.

What involvement does Austin have in the financing process?

Other than helping to facilitate the process, our involvement and ability to assist is very minimal.

All other interactions are directly between you and the financing company.

Do you offer financing on all jobs?

No. Financing is only available on some jobs and up to certain dollar limits.

If you are wondering if your job qualifies for financing, please call our office.

Once approved, does that mean I have to use financing?

No, the approval process is a soft inquiry on your credit and doesn’t hold you to anything.

Can I use financing if a job has already started?

No. Financing must be in place before any estimates are signed or jobs are scheduled.
