2024 - We have lucked out multiple times with Pete, from Austin Plumbing! He is competent – with extensive knowledge of plumbing (indoor and outdoor). He is adept at identifying efficient manners in which to solve problems – with little disruption to household life. He pays attention to detail and can communicate the plan in a manner that is easy to understand. In addition to being kind, considerate, trustworthy and professional, he is highly skilled in plumbing. Many thanks to Pete for ongoing support to our plumbing needs!2021 - Lived with a dripping exterior faucet for 2 years and Austin Plumbing, Pete(!) - fixed it in more than one manner. He assessed current state, described what he would do (nothing more than what needed to be done) and provided a quote. Given his thoughtful and descriptive approach - it was a no-brainer to move forward. Can plumbing be elegant - turns out - YES! Great job Pete and thanks to Austin Plumbing for your treat-you-like-family approach.

Jay D. and Carson installed a new water pump and continuous water pressure system for us and were fantastic! Very professional, very competent. Not long after, Mike and Garrett updated the electric service for our entire home (including having to coordinate w/ WE Energies). Darren was the quarterback so to speak for everything and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend their yearly membership - great value. I was skeptical of a company that claims expertise in so many areas (plumbing, HVAC, Electric, etc) but every time they've come to our home for a different project, they've proven that their skills and knowledge are top notch. Thank you team Austin!!

I called Austin because they happened to be the company that serviced my water heater last-however because of the service I received, they have a life long customer! Thank you all and thank you Noah for a great job-incredibly helpful, friendly, explanations were clear-it was overall a wonderful experience! Can’t say enough good things!!!Update: so not only are we saying Austin’s for our water heater-but they just installed our new furnace and AC unit. I am over the moon with their service, attention to detail and overall effectiveness in their process! As I said before-lifelong customer! Called Austin Plumbing in the afternoon and Austin Plumbing was able to come out the next morning to replace my water heater. They did a great job!

Service employees are fine but the people in the office are terrible, especially the owner. Just another ahole who runs it like he owns the world and can do no wrong.

Excellent experience with Don today. I would give him 10 stars, if I could. He installed a new water heater, and everything was done professionally with great workmanship. I really like knowing that I am working with a locally owned business with experienced trade professionals. Austin will be my first call for future plumbing, electrical and HVAC needs.

Austin plumbing came out the day after I called and diagnosed and fixed my problem within 2 hours. I used them once before and was very happy with them so I used them again and I would highly recommended them for really good service and excellent technicians.

Don was awesome! We were dealing with no hot water for a couple days and Austin plumbing came out the next day and was extremely professional and knew exactly what they were dealing with. Although it’s not fun to pay for a new water heater, Austin made the process extremely easy and comfortable. They were able to replace the old one the same day.

Todd was very nice and thorough. I have a 32 year old unit that is ready for replacement. The quote was reasonable and the dates available for install were amazing.

Lost a potential customer from the first interaction with Deb the receptionist. I hope the quality of their work is at least decent, because I called today to try and see if they provide quotes. First sentence Deb said was “what do you mean by a quote? You’re gonna have to elaborate on that…” So I elaborated, I said I’m looking for general prices for a shower install as it is a stated service. She was still confused, I re elaborated, and then she said “oh, you mean an estimate? We do estimates.” I’m unaware of what the difference between an estimate and a quote is, but they do estimates here at least. When I mentioned we’re looking for a shower install, as it’s listed here as a provided service, she said “a shower? Install?” We do plumbing.” I made the assumption that a shower install, as listed on the website, is plumbing, but I also could be wrong about that as well. I continued on, we set up an appointment for them to come and look at our bathroom to give us an estimate. She waited until after I gave my information and set up the appointment to inform me they charge $99 to get an estimate. (It’s waived if you go with their services though, for transparency.) I immediately cancelled the appointment and will actively tell people to not go with this company if they need plumbing or installs. It’s one thing to be rudely spoken down to regarding semantics, it’s another to be blindsided by a partially hidden fee at the end of a conversation. In conclusion, I do NOT recommend this service as they have a very blatant professionalism deficiency with their front staff. We will be looking for quotes from other companies.

I am very happy with my experience with Pete in checking out our plumbing system. He did a masterful job.

Dino did a fabulous job right before the holidays giving us a full-house checkup. Tested every single water source including faucets and water heater. Their ipad app is terrific - shows you what's going well and where there may be trouble in the future. I pay a small monthly fee that provides me support when needed and an annual checkup (though I think I may have missed one or two?).Highly recommend Dino if you can schedule him -- though I haven't had any others. Guessing they are all as qualified and personable.Update: just had Scott do another check and had solid recommendations. He was awesome as well.

Todd R was out for annual HVAC tune-up, service was excellent as it always has been, Todd was professional and friendly, and was sure to update me on what he was doing throughout the visit.4/2024: Had bathroom plumbing completely redone over 2 days, Pete and Dylan went above and beyond what we expected for a repair, can always count on Austin!10/2022: Service was great and scheduling easy as usual, this time for furnace repairs (Vinny).10/2020: Second time having Austin Plumbing out for emergency maintenance (Scott), speed and price beat expectations, same as last time, very appreciative of Scott’s quick work and friendly demeanor, thanks!

We had a plumbing emergency after hours - but they don't do after hour emergencies. They have many phone numbers - we called the one closest to us in Meno Falls - recording said to call back during business hours. Perhaps for regular work they might be ok - but if you have an emergency best to call someone else.

Austin Plumbing & Heating did an awesome job replacing our 20-yr old AC unit. Troy, our lead tech, was beyond professional; friendly, courteous but didn’t waste time. He gave me absolute confidence in the job they did, so peace of mind.Here’s the things people care about:1) Troy and his partner showed up on time, so no waiting around all morning.2) They had everything they needed on the truck, so no ‘we’ll have to order a part and come back next week.’3) They told me about how long they’d be there and stayed within that time frame.4) When I couldn’t get the smoke alarm to turn off (welding smoke) and my alarm company couldn’t help, they rolled with it and worked with the noise without complaint. Heck, Troy’s partner apologized for setting it off despite there being no way to have prevented it.4) Their estimate was exactly what I paid. No surprises at the end.I don’t know if Austin is the cheapest HVAC provider (the estimator did his best to get the price down), but I doubt they’re way off target as a lot of this is price controlled by the manufacturers. They did have industry-specific knowledge about changes coming in this space that likely saved me a substantial amount of money and hassle in the long run. Nobody ‘sold me up.’ They got me the unit I needed at a reasonable cost and did an excellent job with the process. I’m sure they’re all great, but definitely ask for Troy by name if he’s available.
