Top notch service!

3 long heard days of work fixing our broken sewer line. You guys did a great job. I’ll have to be patient in allowing the mound to settle. Told my wife I will make a headstone for the giant grave. Kidding aside, Austin is highly recommended!

Kyle H. did a great job with our plumbing work today. He clearly explained the work he was doing and answered any questions I had. Highly recommend.

Technician was very friendly and listened to my concerns. He made sure that he checked on everything I asked him about. He took his time and showed me everything that he was doing.

Don is an excellent service provider and (as we've said before) always leaves us learning more about water systems in general (and how to optimize ours in particular). Great results from the repair/installation he performed.

Carson was fantastic to work with. He recommended a drinking water filter that fit our needs and replaced three faucets. Everything looks fantastic and works like it’s supposed to. He even coached me on how to deal with the hard water in our community with cleaning aerators so that these replacement faucets can last many years. Thanks Carson!

Austin P&H must be the best run Company in Waukesha County. Today I met Troy for a furnace installation. He too arrived on time and got right to work. He was very personable and professional. He kept us informed on his progress and took the time to make certain the new unit was running correctly. I am proud to be a Team Austin member!

Steve M came and did my semiannual HVAC checkup. He suggested a new filter and a few repairs and he detailed the cost of several options that I could do now or wait a bit. I really appreciate his honesty and his knowledge!

Sam V came and did my semiannual plumbing checkup, and showed me options for either repairing or replacing the "non stop flushing" toilet. I opted for new! Sam did a great job of explaining everything and of installing my new toilet! It looks great, and it's higher than the old one which I really appreciate!

I had a big problem with backup of the basement drain that went on for months, even though I had another plumber come out twice to fix it. Then I called Austin and Pete E. came to help me.
This man LOVES his job, is incredibly good at it, and after a very short time, I felt like he was a family member. He showed me what he was doing. He was thorough. He cleaned out the pipes and then went 67 ft. 2 inches to the city sewer with the camera, showing me that my pipes were now clear all the way to the street.
I was impressed! This company is my plumbing and hvac go to from now on...and I will always ask for Pete for any plumbing needs!

11/25/24 Michael R. came for my annual electrical checkup. He made certain that he noted anything that might need to be done To bring my kitchen up to code, should I decide to sell. He suggested looking into the central air wiring. He let me know that I needed new free carbon monoxide and smoke detectors and where they should be strategically placed.
Michael was extremely helpful and thorough! I would definitely recommend Michael, and look forward to seeing him for any future eletrical projects.

12/12/2024 Noah J came to fix my overflowing sewer drain. He snaked it out and my toilets now flush and I am once again
free flowing! Noah was sincere and kind. He explained everything completely and I was very pleased with the outcome! I give him a 5 star recommendation!

1/15-1/16/2025 Once again, my sewer backed up. Noah J came on the 13th and determined that my REAL problem was the pipe under the basement floor. Yikes! Big job, big bucks!
Noah J, Garrett B, Chris A and Dylan B did a great job for me!!!! They replaced the old pipes with pvc, and then filled the floor with concrete and put in the new drain!

6/6/2025 Vinny came and checked out my A/C unit. It's still working at 42 years old! That is not a typo! It's not the most efficient, and freon is expensive and banned in new units as of 2020. I just sent an email to Vinny, to see what the cost would be to get the freon. Vinny was very concerned and communicated well what the issues were and what were my best options, but my understanding was that freon was no longer available. Now I found that it actually is. So, I'm sure he will help me figure this out! Thanks, Vinny!

Vinny was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He explained our situation very well and quickly corrected the problems.

Jay and the Austin team were great to work with. Jay is very knowledgeable and completed the gas line installation quickly. He also took the time to educate me on all he did to complete the job.

Great work today by Ethan. He is courteous, efficient, and informative. He is an excellent technician.

Joe took care of a recurring issue with our furnace. He took his time and explained everything to us to make sure we understood the problem. We appreciate the attention to detail and how thorough he was. I’m sure the problem is now resolved for good!

Kyle H provided a great maintenance check on my Plumbing System

Vinny came out for annual maintenance, but also to figure out why the AC was turning on and off every 20-30 seconds. When he was done, he spent a lot of time thoroughly explaining my options. He is a good communicator and a kind man.

Carson came out and replaced our garbage disposal. He did a great job!

Luke was able to identify and fix the issue quickly.

Sam did an excellent job.

Vinny came for our annual hvac inspection and was very professional, polite, and efficient. Made one recommendation requiring further cleaning of the unit, which it needed. Job well done.

Had a leaking water heater on a Sunday evening. Called Austin plumbing that night and a real person answered the phone, polite, professional, and personal. It was great to speak to a real person who immediately set me up with someone to come and take care of my leaking water heater the next morning. The plumber they sent was excellent. He was friendly, professional, very knowledgeable and efficient. All I can say is that I had a great experience with Austin plumbing and would not hesitate to call on them again.

The crew showed up on time and went right to work. Answered any question I had and stuck with getting the job accomplished. They worked hard and all day completing the task at hand, in the rain I might add. Both individuals were very professional and would call on them agian if I needed anything but that can also be said for the rest of the company over the years as we have used your talents

Garrett did an outstanding job diagnosing and fixing our leak which was in a difficult place. We were extremely pleased with his work. Most recently we had Pete here to fix our recirculating hot water system and our upstairs shower. Pete did an excellent job on both. Pete is an outstanding plumber and we were very pleased with his work and with Austin Plumbing. Most recently we had Don do our annual inspection. Don identified a problem with our old water softener system and prepared a quote for a new system. Additionally, Don prepared a quote for remodeling of our downstairs bath and we will be pleased to have him handle both projects. He is a very experienced and capable plumber. Don has since installed the new water softener system and has completed the preliminary work on the downstairs bath. As expected he did an outstanding job on both projects. Don is absolutely the best and he will be back to finish the project.
Noah installed our new upstairs toilet and did an outstanding job. He is also very personable and professional and is welcome here any time.
Most recently, Don identified the problem with the diverters on two of our upstairs tub/shower spouts and prepared the estimate and Kyle installed both spouts and did an outstanding job. Both Don and Kyle are outstanding plumbers and we could not be more pleased with their work.

Carson was wonderful. He was patient, kind, funny and understanding. He listened to what I knew about the problem and not only listened but explained what he was doing to my son. My son was thrilled to learn what Carson was doing and couldn't wait to tell me all he had learned including how important it was to clean up as he went to prevent other issues. Thank you for all you did, Carson.
