Don B. was friendly and very efficient. He explained everything and completed the work quickly. My bathroom sink was clogged and was made worse by a crystal "supposed drain cleaner". Don removed the cement-like plug caused by the drain cleaner and cleared the drain completely. He cleaned up the area and left no trace of the mess he had to deal with. I highly recommend Austin for any plumbing problem. P.S. - I love your commercials!!

Had a great experience with Austin Plumbing. Our water heater had stopped working, and Sam from Austin Plumbing came out to assess the issue. He was prompt and professional, yet friendly and empathetic to our situation. The job took a few hours to remove the old water heater and replace with a new one, which was expected (he also had to cut and replace much of the piping), and he was communicative and responsive to my questions and concerns the whole time. He also fixed a minor issue we were having with a shower upstairs at no additional charge. Sam did a great job, and I wouldn't hesitate to call Austin Plumbing for Plumbing or HVAC needs in the future. Thank you!
