10/8/24Steve M came and did my semiannual HVAC checkup. He suggested a new filter and a few repairs and he detailed the cost of several options that I could do now or wait a bit. I really appreciate his honesty and his knowledge!10/8/2024Sam V came and did my semiannual plumbing checkup, and showed me options for either repairing or replacing the "non stop flushing" toilet. I opted for new! Sam did a great job of explaining everything and of installing my new toilet! It looks great, and it's higher than the old one which I really appreciate!I had a big problem with backup of the basement drain that went on for months, even though I had another plumber come out twice to fix it. Then I called Austin and Pete E. came to help me.This man LOVES his job, is incredibly good at it, and after a very short time, I felt like he was a family member. He showed me what he was doing. He was thorough. He cleaned out the pipes and then went 67 ft. 2 inches to the city sewer with the camera, showing me that my pipes were now clear all the way to the street.I was impressed! This company is my plumbing and hvac go to from now on...and I will always ask for Pete for any plumbing needs!11/25/24 Michael R. came for my annual electrical checkup. He made certain that he noted anything that might need to be done To bring my kitchen up to code, should I decide to sell. He suggested looking into the central air wiring. He let me know that I needed new free carbon monoxide and smoke detectors and where they should be strategically placed.Michael was extremely helpful and thorough! I would definitely recommend Michael, and look forward to seeing him for any future eletrical projects.12/12/2024 Noah J came to fix my overflowing sewer drain. He snaked it out and my toilets now flush and I am once againfree flowing! Noah was sincere and kind. He explained everything completely and I was very pleased with the outcome! I give him a 5 star recommendation!1/15-1/16/2025 Once again, my sewer backed up. Noah J came on the 13th and determined that my REAL problem was the pipe under the basement floor. Yikes! Big job, big bucks!Noah J, Garrett B, Chris A and Dylan B did a great job for me!!!! They replaced the old pipes with pvc, and then filled the floor with concrete and put in the new drain!This is a picture of the old pipe! So gross! No room for anything to get through! Then a picture in progress. And finally, a picture upon completion! (concrete is still wet! Thank all of you for all your hard work!!
